SOME WORDS ABOUT AUXILIA
AUXILIA is an international project co-funded by the European Union in the framework of the Socrates Programme (Joint Actions). AUXILIA main objective is to provide concrete and successful responses to the huge challenge on integration of youth disabled students in education. ICT are identified as the key tool to inform action-based integration processes.
Through concrete experimentation in pilot schools and universities AUXILIA is paving the way for an integrated and holistic model of action for integration of youth disabled students. This model takes stock both of the relevant knowledge of partners involved in the project and national/international educational networks, such the Global Junior Challenge and the Stockholm Challenge Award.
